| Silent Auction Dinner at the Open Door Mission |

The third annual Silent Auction Dinner will be held at
the Open Door Mission on Tuesday, April 25th at the
Holiday Inn Central, 3321 South 72nd Street,
Omaha
You can bid on hotel stays, antiques, spa treatments
or an evening of entertainment from 88 Improv!
Proceeds fund ODM’s ministry to the homeless and
near-homeless of the Heartland.
It’s not too late to sponsor a table for 10 guests with
a tax-deductible gift of $200 Or, make a donation
for the auction! Individual tickets are free, but you

Laughter May Be the Best Medicine |

|
If you're feeling a cold coming on, or you've got a
bit of the flu bug, or even if you've had a
particularly stressful day at work, instead of only
reaching for the cold, flu, or headache medicine,
reach for some laughter. The scientific evidence
continues to build the case for comedy. A healthy
dose of laughter many times throughout your day
helps build your immune system and reduces stress.
But wait, it gets better! Laughing 100 times a day
can have the same affect as 10 minutes of aerobic
exercise. But how do I know all of this? Well,
